Football Maths is a small set of football calculators. You do not need an account or login to use the calculators or send a request. Accounts are optional and only exist for Football Maths Pass features.

Accounts

If you choose to create an account, Football Maths stores your name, email address and club name on its hosted backend so your account and future Football Maths Pass features work. This account information is not stored only on your device. Your password is handled by the authentication provider, stored in hashed form, and is never readable by Football Maths or visible in administration screens.

Account data is only accessible to you when signed in, and to authorised administration tools where needed for support and account management. It is not sold, and creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing.

My Club data

If you have Football Maths Pass, My Club stores the club, season, match, squad, player, event and settings information you enter so it can be available across signed-in sessions. Football Maths uses that information to calculate the statistics, insights and reports you request. It is not used to build advertising profiles.

Calculator inputs

Everything you type into a calculator — results, scorelines, points, player numbers and attendances — and the results produced are processed locally in your browser. Football Maths does not intentionally save those inputs or results. They are cleared when you reset the calculator or leave the page.

Anonymous usage counts

When a valid calculation completes successfully, Football Maths adds one to that calculator’s shared usage count. This records only that the calculator was used. It does not record the statistics entered, the result produced, a calculation history or who used it.

Clipboard

The copy buttons use your browser’s clipboard to place plain text on your device. Nothing is transmitted anywhere as part of copying.

Contact and feature requests

If you voluntarily send a calculator, feature, account, payment or data request, Football Maths stores the request type, title and description so it can be reviewed. Your name and email address are optional, although an email is needed if you want a reply.

Pass payments

Stripe processes Football Maths Pass payments. Card details are entered with Stripe and are not directly stored by Football Maths. Football Maths stores limited payment and entitlement information needed to confirm and manage your Pass, such as payment status, amount, currency, purchase date and Stripe customer, checkout and payment references.

Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy terms. Football Maths does not use payment information for advertising or sell it.

Export, retention and deletion

Active Pass accounts can download a copy of their My Club football data from the Account page. This export contains the club data entered into My Club; it is not a complete export of every technical or payment record associated with an account.

Account and My Club data is kept while the account is in use and as reasonably needed to operate the service, resolve support issues and meet legal or financial obligations. Payment and request records may need to be retained after an account-deletion request where required for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes or other legal obligations.

Self-service account deletion is not currently available. To request deletion of your account and associated data, use the Contact Football Maths form and provide the email address used for your account. Identity may need to be verified before deletion.

Any contact information you choose to provide is used only in relation to that request. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing communications. Request information is stored separately from anonymous calculator-use counts and is not linked to calculator inputs or results.

Hosting and logs

Like almost all websites, Football Maths is served by a hosting provider which may keep standard technical request logs (for example IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and reliability. Football Maths does not use these logs to build a profile of you.

Security

Football Maths uses access controls and other reasonable safeguards intended to protect account and My Club data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password and contact Football Maths if you believe your account has been compromised.

Analytics and third parties

Football Maths does not currently run its own advertising or behavioural tracking scripts. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s font servers. If analytics or other third-party services are added in future, this page will be updated to say so.

Changes

If how Football Maths handles information changes, this page will be updated to reflect it.
