FOOTBALL MATHS PASS TERMS

Football Maths Pass costs £9.99 as a one-off payment. It is not a subscription and there are no recurring Pass charges. A Pass gives the purchasing account access to the paid My Club features currently available in Football Maths.

The six public Football Maths calculators remain free and do not require a Pass or an account.

You need a valid Football Maths account to use a Pass. The Pass stays attached to the account that purchased it while the Football Maths Pass service is available, subject to these terms. Pass transfers between accounts are not currently supported.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for information entered through your account.

Football Maths Pass is digital access to an online service. Access is normally enabled after the payment provider confirms that payment has succeeded. Confirmation can occasionally take a little longer, so returning from checkout does not by itself mean a Pass is active.

Before checkout, you will be asked to confirm that you want digital Pass access to begin as soon as payment is confirmed. Where the law requires it, asking us to start digital access immediately may affect your statutory right to cancel once access has begun.

This does not remove any rights you have when digital content or a digital service is faulty, not provided as described, or otherwise protected by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If the Pass is faulty, materially not as described, or you have another right to a remedy under applicable consumer law, the remedy available will depend on the circumstances and your legal rights.

Please contact Football Maths if you were charged incorrectly, cannot access what you purchased, or have another genuine payment or access problem. A refund is not automatic, but the issue will be reviewed fairly.

If a Pass is fully refunded, access to Pass features will end. Your existing Football Maths club data will not be immediately deleted simply because the payment was refunded.

Pass access may be paused or withdrawn if the associated payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or reported to the payment provider as unauthorised or fraudulent. Contact Football Maths if you believe this happened in error.

Football Maths is an online service. Maintenance, faults and temporary outages can occur, and features may be improved, replaced or removed over time. If a significant change affects the core paid service, Football Maths will aim to give reasonable notice where practical and treat affected customers fairly.

Football Maths does not promise permanent availability or uninterrupted access. A one-off payment means there is no subscription renewal; it is not a promise that the service will operate forever.

You remain responsible for the fixtures, results, players, minutes, attendances and other football information you enter. Football Maths calculates statistics from that information, so incorrect or incomplete inputs may produce incorrect or incomplete statistics.

Payment processing is handled through Stripe. Football Maths receives the payment and reference information needed to administer Pass access, but does not directly store your full payment card details. The live payment-provider arrangements, including any tax or merchant-of-record treatment, will be confirmed before sales open.
